Working time: 1 Month.
Harian Kompas- has been published since June 28, 1965. Located in Central Jakarta, Harian Kompas managed to become the largest national newspaper since 1969. In 2004, its daily circulation reached 530,000 copies, and specifically for the Sunday edition, it reached 610,000 copies. The readership of this newspaper reaches 2.25 million people throughout Indonesia.
Kompas is the only newspaper in Indonesia that is audited by the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC). Currently, Harian Kompas also has a digital platform, namely Kompas.ID, in the form of websites and iOS and Android applications. Kompas.ID is the first online news platform in Indonesia that implements a subscription / subscription system, for readers who want to get quality information. In this project I also have a role in developing the Kompas Product Knowledge website as a medium for learning about Kompas and its derivative products for new employees. Process
- Research & Gathering Requirement
At this stage I understand the brief given as follows:
“Employees are assets for the company. Periodically, new employees are recruited to become part of the Kompas body and strengthen the Kompas movement in achieving every vision and mission that it lives on. Introduction to the organization, history, values, founding fathers, products, and business line developments are important as fertile fields to foster a sense of belonging and help employees understand their role in the organization.
As an effort to provide an introduction to the company, Kompas Education and Training seeks to create an e-learning module entitled “Product Knowledge” for new employees. The video series in the e-learning module is a mandatory debriefing program for all new Kompas employees which can be accessed on the learning website.Kompas.id.”
